As far as grocery stores go, it depends where you live. Wegman's and a local groery both have a great supply of GF foods. Wegman's clearly marks their own products with allergy info and symbols for gluten, lactose, etc.

I have also found GlutenFreeMall.com a good source for products and for learning what companies to look for. Alaso VitaCost.com has great prices on GF pasta and other things.

Check GF blogs for great recipes. If you come across one, they usually have links to others. Many are vegan.
