 Saratoga springs
1. Ravenous is a crepe place BUT don't get nervous. First they have many GF, vegan/vegetarian fillings that they will happily put into a bowl for you.
Second they make wonderful "pomme frietes" (i.e. french fries) and they are the only things fried there, so the oil is GF safe.
2. Circus Cafe has a whole, clear GF menu. It is posted online AD available at the restaurant.
3. Wheatfields (the last place I expected) has GF pasta and a vegetarian sauce. They will also do a saute of various veggies for you if you ask.
