Hey everyone
I found these free cookbooks online to download.
I can't post links because my post count is too low. But if you google "vitalita", go to the first site and click the "free cookbooks" tab, they'll be there.
The recipes are all vegan and almost all Gluten free. All recipes that aren't GF are clearly noted. There's also lots of pictures which I like and the recipes all seem to be very healthy but also yum.
All I know is that I'm excited by a free cookbook that caters to both my dietry requirements, thought you guys might be interested

Thanks so much for the heads up, I have downloaded it and am perusing it now! It seems to be so many levels of awesome, it being free is particularly attractive I like how the site is seamlessly organised around both vegan cookbooks and IT. Strange, but not entirely incompatible, bedfellows!

I am particularly keen to try the vegan GF pancakes. My partner's attempts to make the prepackaged ones in the past for me has been rather devastating. Both to his ego and the frypan.
