Last week I made the Butternut Squash and Pumpkin Seed Rice Paper Rolls, the Millet & Broccoli Croquettes, the White Bean Aioli and the Snobby Joes. All of them are gluten free recipes to begin with.

The rice paper rolls were a bit too sweet for me but I loved the roasted pumpkin seeds. The croquettes were a bit soggy, the white bean aioli was fantastic with celery and carrot sticks and I LOVED the snobby joes, such a great dish, it would be great over gf pasta as well!

I love this and all of Isa and Terry's (and just Isa's) cookbooks! They are wonderful, fun to read, loaded with tidbits and very translateable into being GF.

On the weekend I made the French Lentil Soup with tarragon and thyme - it is delicious! I served it with a Schär gluten free panini

And my favourite cookies from the book are the Chewy Choc Raspberry cookies which I find work really well with brown rice, tapioca and potato flours.
