Default Veganomicon: The Ultimate Vegan Cookbook

This is a pretty nice vegan cookbook. It is not entirely gluten free, however each recipe that is GF is clearly labeled with an easy to see icon. Some other non-gf recipes can be modified on your own as well.

I think plenty of the recipes will be easy to deglutenise, I made the jelly doughnut cupcakes using their g-free recipe in Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. Win!

OOOH - I'll have to pick this oneup. I've not seen this in the stores, I'm always on the lookout for new recipes.

I don't use this book (or any of my cookbooks) enough! I think I will start planning a meal from a cookbook each week.

the Samosa Baked Potatoes are also excellent, and GF. i plan on making a whole batch, freezing most, and pulling them out one at a time... should work, huh... i've seen other stuffed potatoes frozen before.
