Grocery Shopping List Book

Hello Everyone - I would really love some opinions on the Gluten Free Shopping Guide books that are available. I have found two that apprear to be legit:

Triumph's "Essential Gluten Free Grocery Guide

and

Cecelia's GLuten Free Shopping Guide.

Does anyone have any opinions?

Hmm.... that's a cool idea. I've got a pretty big "shopping list" that's in this To-Do check box type software, I'll try to export it somehow and post it, it could be helpful and give people some ideas.. hm
