I had chips and guacamole at Cheesecake factory in Fresno today. It was very tasty, and the waitress was very understanding about celiac. Vegans can just leave off the sourcream.

Yes! I love guacamole and strangely enough have found Cheesecake Factory to have the BEST guac around. It's almost addicting.

Cheese Cake Factory is my favorite. I will have to try this. Thanks for the tip. Just wish they had gluten free cheesecake!
