A Tasty Menu is a family-owned, completely gluten-free restaurant in Calgary. They now offer breakfast, lunch, and supper, and during Calgary Stampede had some fun extra treats like mini donuts.

Vegetarian items on the menu include yam fries, regular fries, salads, soups, grilled vegetable buns (hubby's favourite), pizza, and curry.

Dairy-free buns and pizza shells are available on request, and take a little bit longer because they are not prepared ahead of time.

Their non-dairy cheese is Galaxy brand, which is not vegan/casein free.

There are desserts, but generally they include dairy. Children get a fruit-skewer dessert included with their dinner.

Gluten-free cheerio type cereal is available to quiet toddlers. You cannot bring any of your own food along because of the danger of cross-contamination.

They have started to carry Blue Sky brand pops, which are corn syrup free.

We love A Tasty Menu and eat there often!
