RootMaster is located in central east london in Brick Lane

www (dot) root-master (dot) co (dot) uk - London's Original Vegan Bustaurant this is a quirky place to eat.. a converted double decker bus with kitchen below and tables upstairs.. cosy... vegan food with a local supply of tofu from a social enterprise company and am not sure of gluten free option.. but contact them.. there are already some options on the menu.. can be a bit salty but the tofu is beautiful and fresh
