Breakfest: Rice milk with the new Chez cereal for gluten free. Finally something that I can have on hand without making it myself. Lunch: tomatoes with zuccini diced with olive oil and organo with toasted gluten free homemade bread. More Rice milk. Sideside: orange slices and apple slices. ![]() Dinner: Will have : gluten free spegetti sauce and rice noodles with homemade gluten free garlic bread with vegan margarine /real garlic. Salad: with olive oil/lemon/organo dressing. |

Breakfast: Gluten-free wholegrain toast with peanut butter, coffee. Lunch: Leftovers - homemade butter chicken-style curry with tofu, potato, peas, on white rice, with fresh coriander & chopped tomato, salt & pepper on top. YUM even better the next day! Dinner: Homemade vegetable soup with toasted gluten-free pita bread wedges. Snacks: Popcorn with tamari & olive oil drizzled on it, 2x homemade choc chip biscuits, celery sticks |
