Newbie here! I am still trying to adapt to a GF, wheat free and vegetarian way of eating. Struggling

I can't seem to find the motivation to do all the things I should to get healthier.
Anyway, my question for the group is about P.A.N. harina. I have read that it is GF and have made arepas a few times, but I have to wonder if it really is GF as the label says may contain traces of wheat or oats. Would appreciate any feedback from others about this product.
BTW, I do eat eggs and dairy. I am not yet completely meatless, but trying to find alternative sources of protein that also fit my dietary needs.
