Yes, I know what you mean, we are GF, CF, soy and corn free and on a rotation with rice. Thank the powers that be for buckwheat and sorghum!!!

Yup. I retain water. A lot of water. When I eat corn, it makes me look like the Michelin Man, or Bon Homme from Montreal.... And it's NOT on my list of allergies. Go figure. Haven't tried blue corn recently, so maybe that's a thought.... |
