- History
- I became a vegetarian, then I eliminated most dairy from my diet. Next, after struggling with sleepless nights, weight gain, and constant hives, I cut wheat out. I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and I had started reading about gluten intolerance and thyroid disorders. I dropped weight quickly and haven't had hives since. I recently became fascinated with how raw foods make me feel and am passionate about helping people get more raw!
