- I started getting sick after I graduated from college in 2006. I tried to figure out what was wrong with me on my own which is what lead me to become a vegetarian (although I do eat seafood). Once I discovered I had celiacs disease, I still could not go back to eating meat. So here I am today, a gluten-free pescatarian!
