Hello!!! I have just decided to become a vegan, and have been a vegetarian for 9 years. I was wondering what you eat evertday, typically, to stay full and feel satisfied. I'm asking, because for a few days I was eating a lot of fruits and veggies, but nothing with a lot of carbs and protein. I pigged out on a box of wheat free puffins and almond butter, and soy cheese because I was so hungry the other night right after dinner. I was wondering if you have any suggestions on what to pair together in each meal and how you stay full. Thanks so much!!!!!!!!
