The wii is def a good workout- I just got the Dancing with the Stars for wii and it makes me sweat.... Working out is my THERAPY- I teach spinning 2x week, weights 2x week and run/hike/snowshoe depending on the season, I find I need to work out, does anyone else feel its this helpful to their overall wellbeing? |
