Default bread

I was browsing recipes and saw one that called for the liquid that's left over after using canned bean. Filed that info in the back of my head. Today I made Bob's Gluten Free Wonderful bread and just happened to have exactly the 1 2/3 cups of liquid called for in the recipe. The recipe calls for any type of milk, dairy or non. So I used it. And the bread turned out better than it ever had in the past, ever. I also used 2 1/2 T ground flax for the eggs and 1/4 cup olive oil.

Just thought I'd pass that on.
