Most of the Garden of Life brand health supplements are safe. Watch out for Fuco-Thin, and there Greens Supplement. I use the probiotics and the multi-vitamin with no problems.
I use Garden of Life brand Primal Defense tablets ( a probiotic) with good results. I also use Garden of Life brand coconut oil. Their brand is the best.
