Dr. Fuhrman's supplements

I love the Gentle Care Formula multi and the Osteo-Sun vegan formula (Vitamin D and calcium) from Dr. Joel Furhman's online store. They are both gluten-free and vegan, and very carefully researched (some vitamins/minerals in high doses in supplement form can be harmful). Dr. Fuhrman is a big believer in getting your nutrients from food sources, but these are good for insurance.
