I saw a few posts for specific Amy's items, but not the whole enchilada (pardon the pun, but those are incredible, too). I'm obsessed and grateful for Amy's products- all(?)/most are vegan and a huge lot are gluten free.
The soups...ahhh, the soups. Many can be bought with a low sodium count (yay), too. The Black Bean, Southwestern Veg., and all of the Chili's are my faves.
I recently tried the gluten free(rice crust) and lactose free pizza.....holy moly! I thought I had died and gone to heaven! The crust was phenomenal and so was the entire thing (follow the directions exactly and I would cook at the lower minute times, until you know how your oven responds), It took prying hands to keep my family from devouring it (and none of them are veggies of any sort).
As for the other frozen items....I hope I am going to discover that they are gluten free, because they often made my dinners delectable on my busy school/work schedule and I hope I don't have to loose many of them. One of my favorites was the tamale verde(traditional corn flour, so I am hoping gluten free) and then the mexican black bean bowl entree. Yum Yum!
I just wanted to give props to Amy's all around.
