Liz Lovely Cookies - Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge

My sister brought some of these home for me this past weekend from Vermont where the company is based but we also spotted them in a local food co-op. These are great. They're very rich and fudgy and I highly recommend them. It's a great cookie. The prices in the second picture are a bit steep, you can find them much cheaper my sister told me. ($2-$3 for two cookies normally).
