    Default gardenburger gluten free options

Garden burger has a couple of products that are gluten free, these include the "flame grilled", "blackbean chipotle" and also a "veggie breakfast sausage". Some of their other products are labeled wheat-free, which is is slightly deceiving because those products do contain rolled oats. Hope this helps some of you out, enjoy!

Yummie, I will have to try them since the veggie burgers I was eating before (Franklin Farms) being vegan have egg whites in them. I also have been liking Sunshine Burgers but they do not taste like a meat subsitute.

The black bean chipolte and the flame grilled made me sick. I was eating WildWood veggie patties but they've been causing a reaction too (I gather I'm pretty sensitive of late).

As far as the sunshine burgers, I've been having trouble cooking them. It seems like I wind up with more mush than burger and often a really burnt side. How exactly are people cooking them?

I think you're definitely cooking them long and possibly on too high of a heat. How long do you put them on? I think they're normally sort of soft but if you cook them too long you'll definitely experience TOO soft.

Sunshine burgers are vegan and GFSF - I haven't tried them though... don't think they're available in Canada.

    Original burger ingredients:
    Ground raw sun-flower seeds
    Brown rice
    Carrots
    Herbs
    Sea Salt

    plus 3 other flavours.
