Kitchens of India Palak Paneer

This was about $2.99 at Wegmans and I've seen it at other local grocery stores and health food stores. Anyway it's a great Indian food option, it's basically saag paneer or palak paneer in a packet that can be heated up either in a microwave or in a pot of boiling water. It's a great gluten free vegetarian option that's easy to make and is pretty good although the paneer is a bit rubbery.
