There's a Freshens smoothie place on campus here so I e-mailed the company to find out what was gluten free. It took about a week to hear back from them and there was nothing allergen related posted on their site. Here's what they sent back though:

I have spoken with her and with the exception of just a few items, most of our products are gluten free. The exceptions are:

Frozen Treats and MicroBlasts made with cookie dough pieces and/or brownie pieces
Cookies n Cream frozen yogurt (not available at all locations)
MET-Rx Superfoods booster (the other MET-Rx boosters are gluten-free)

All Freshens Smoothies are gluten-free.
