Yes, which brand??

I have found that with most gluten free "bread-y" frozen products, you must microwave first, and then toast. Anything else will result in a questionable texture.

My favorite brands are Kinnikinnick and Enjoy Life. YOM!

Yeah, definitely thaw and toast THEN eat, that's the best way to do it...

Unless you are teething, then frozen is indeed best!

Awww I eat one of those almost every morning! I will admit though, that I can see how it might be an aquired taste. I love the cinnamon ones, and have to put peanut butter on the plain ones.

Try the Kinnikinnick brand if you can find them. Or Glutino makes a good one, too. Both of those brands are "fluffier" on the inside than the Enjoy Life brand.

Unfortunately, being gluten free means lots of experimenting and taking the time to find what you like.
